how to remove rust from iron by chemical method...

since iron reacts with oxygen to form iron(lll) oxide and it is rust, can we use carbon reduction to remove the rust?or any other chemical method ??
最佳解答:
carbon can used. Other reducing agents such as H2, CO or S can also be used. Actually a simple way is to put it into dilute acid for a few minutes.
