發問:
how could a poorly written business plan hurt a new business venture? (answer in english and about 200 words )
最佳解答:
A poorly written business plan can hurt a new business venture in several ways and in several stages of building the business. First of all, if a business plan is poorly written, it might not serve the purpose of securing new investor/partner if it is a requirement for the venture to succeed. This will substantially increase the level of difficulty in new ventures, as in most cases new business ventures requires initial investments in fixed assets to begin. In addition, a poorly written business plan may have critical flaws in assumptions with respect to the industry, target market, opportunities and profitability. These flaws will casue the business to collapse during any stage of the business, when the actual implementation takes place due to poor estimations. It is especially damaging to new business because at the initial stage of the business, the business plan serves a guide to entrepreneurs and workers. Any deviations from the business plan will cause instability within the organization and might to lead to doubts among workers or even investors as to the viability of the business.
